Kiely Family of Companies COVID-19 Response

UPDATE: 3.17.20

Dear Team Members,

As I am sure you are aware, the governors of the tri-states and PA came out today with significant social distancing standards for the foreseeable future.  Along those lines, we wanted to continue to communicate with you regarding the measures we are taking to ensure that our team members, and your safety, remain our top priority.

To date, we have taken the following  preventative measures to mitigate the potential spread of the virus:

  • Formed a crisis management team to lead us through this difficult time, ensuring we understand industry best practices and recommendations from health organizations, state, and federal governments

  • Ensuring our leaders have succession plans in place when possible

  • Identified business critical operations and processes and altered accordingly

  • Encouraged virtual meetings vs. in-person meetings

  • Limited visitors coming into our facilities

  • Encouraged sick team members to stay home in an effort to keep our work environments and team members healthy

Our commitment to your safety and well-being is paramount, and we will continue to reflect best practices and minimize risk to our team members to the extent possible.

If you are not feeling well and exhibit any potential signs of the virus, please do not come to work and notify your supervisor as soon as possible.  If you have been in contact with anyone who has contracted the virus please do not come to work and notify your supervisor.

As a reminder please follow these guidelines

  • Maintain social distancing, and do not congregate in close contact with others, while in our facility or on the job.

  • Wear all of your personal protective equipment

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

  • Wash your hands often

  • Clean surfaces and objects you are working with

We realize there are many challenges that come along with the current situation. Each team member’s situation is unique, and we are committed to listening to your concerns as we work through this difficult time together.  If you have any issues please contact your supervisor.

Please see below for messaging from our customers regarding their policies on COVID-19.
