SCOPE

Kiely Pipeline Integrity is seeking an Operations Manager to further assist with the growth currently underway within the organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of diversified professional pipeline management experience. The appropriate individual should have significant understanding of the oil & gas and water industries.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting qualified personnel

  • Staffing projects per personnel experience

  • Interface with clients at all levels including project site visits on a regular basis.

  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.

  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

  • Assist with proposal efforts

  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Collaborates with the Project Scheduler to develop the proposal and project estimate.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Analyze information, complete understanding of Plans, Specifications, and Scope of Work.

  • Staff management

  • Reporting inspection documentation

  • Strategic Planning

  • Attention to Detail

  • Communication skills, informing others

  • High degree of initiative and independent judgment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work with field employees and vendors as well as other disciplines

  • Prior pipeline work experience in the oil & gas and water industries

  • Significant travel

  • Previous staff management

  • Associates degree in Engineering or related area of study required

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

  • Strong oral/written communication skills and personal computer skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • A B.S. in Engineering

  • A PMP certification is a plus

  • Current TWIC card

  • Strong Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
